Ranj heads up Technology research across the UK business; this encompasses working with our experts across POS tracking, brand and customer experience research as well as our UX and digital solutions for technology clients.
 
He has over 15 years experience in research, specialising in technology research across both consumer and business markets, in which time he has developed a wealth of experience servicing international telecoms and technology accounts. In particular, he has expertise in customer management, segmentation and NPD research studies, with experience of running large-scale, global programmes.
 
A key part of his role is to ensure that the research findings support commercial imperatives and I work closely with clients to ensure that findings can be used to drive the business forward or support change.
