machineOS

For investment banks and cloud infrastructure operators wishing to transform the efficiency and effectiveness of their business processes using machine learning, machineOS offers a product that generates more precise insights more quickly that most existing systems. It does this through real-time organisational simulation, visualisation, pattern recognition and deep insights of telecom data. Unlike general purpose AI/ machine learning (ML) tools, machineOS models human & machine interactions simultaneously within processes through the analysis of email, phone and messaging to provide a true mimic of how organisations and hence, processes actually work, not as they were designed. MachineOS’s unique method of breaking down each process into steps and applying multiple ML techniques to each one provides a more complete and more precise view of each process. Therefore it is able to learn faster than previous techniques. This provides a more accurate basis on which operators are able understand and therefore, predict and optimise processes.

machineOS products are based on the real-time acquisition of data from both structured and unstructured data sources with a capability to accept streaming data at scale. The product approaches to understand organisational structures and processes that run through them. This is visualised through isomorphic models.  This uses data disregarded as too complex by most analytics systems and includes voice calls, emails and echats as they are shared between staff members and staff to customers interactions. Once the true mimic of an organisation has been created and the relationship between the different data sources established it is then possible identify patterns of activity leading to significant events. This helps create and maintain a dynamic rule book at helps predict the outcome of different processes and optimise the same. The platform uses a universal machine learning algorithm technique to understand each process, by breaking each process down and applying potentially different ML to each step. Further development to provide a natural language interface to interrogate the mimic, is underway,  enabling business users to ask questions and receive insights.  This help in removing the bottle neck in many organisations of relying on a small set of highly skilled data scientists. machineOS goes to market directly and indirectly through significant global partnerships.
