Dougie has led Business and Technology Transformations for enterprise organisations for the last 20 years.  Dougie started the journey on Business Transformations at the Ministry of Defence, in London, part of the original leadership team on the DII(C) Programme, using Technology and Business Process Optimisation to update the core military communications function.  Since leaving the MoD, Dougie has worked at companies such as SSE plc, Nielsen & GSK, delivering Transformation excellence in both Technology and Business, and was appointed the Digital Innovation Lead for London Luton Airport (LLA) in April 2017.  Dougie’s role at LLA has 2 pillars – Operational Technology Transformation and Passenger Experience.  Dougie will be defining and leading the Digital Strategy for LLA, ensuring best-in-class technology and experiences are introduced for both our customers and partners alike.
